Metrowerks Appoints James Walker as Vice President, Operations
AUSTIN, Texas — January 24, 1997 — Metrowerks Inc. (NASDAQ: MTWKF, TSE/ME:MWK), one of the world's leading providers of software development tools, Friday announced James Walker has joined the company as vice president, operations.
Prior to joining Metrowerks, Walker, 27, was a manager with Price Waterhouse in Dallas. His experience with Price Waterhouse clients in various industries will prove invaluable in helping Metrowerks manage its growth.
Walker attended Kansas State University and graduated in May 1991 with a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance.
As vice president, operations, Walker will report directly to Metrowerks' chair and chief executive officer, Jean Belanger.
