GRiD Will Conduct Free National Pen Computing Seminars

FREMONT, Calif. — November 6, 1991 — GRiD Systems Corp. announced Wednesday that it will conduct a series of free seminars nationwide to introduce businesses and governmental agencies to the benefits of pen computers.

During the next six months, GRiD will offer monthly seminars at its 45 GRiD Systems Centers located in the United States and Canada. Attendees will get an overview of pen computing technology and examples of how GRiD users are currently increasing productivity, sharpening their competitive edge and improving the way they do business with GRiDPAD pen computers.

GRiD President D. Bruce Walter explained, ''For new technologies such as pen computing, giving potential customers a clear picture of its benefits requires a very focused and interactive education process.

''Our experience with pen computers extends beyond the technology into marketing and supporting these products. That gives us the unique ability to show and tell people how pen computing can best serve their company and workers.

''Pen computers bring computing power to workers who have never been able to use a computer on the job. GRiD's pen computing hardware and software solutions are extremely valuable strategic business tools for Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies and companies in many different industries.''
