Scriptel Sets International License Agreement
COLUMBUS, Ohio — April 14, 1994 — Scriptel Holding Inc. (OTC:SCRH) Thursday announced it has granted a long term international license to Communication Intelligence Corp. (NASDAQ,NMS:CICI) for the pen-based computer field.
CIC will utilize Scriptel's patented technology to manufacture, market and distribute products in the United States, Europe and parts of Asia, including Japan.
The agreement is initially for 10 years and includes multiple extension options.
In a joint announcement, CIC's president, James Dao, and Scriptel Corp.'s president, Vance Holloway, said, "This agreement will expedite bringing to the market essential products critical to the rapidly expanding pen-based computer industry."
