CIC Appoints Jeffrey B. Sandler Vice President of Marketing and Enterprise Sales
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. — April 5, 2000 — Communication Intelligence Corporation (CIC)(Nasdaq: CICI), the leading supplier of natural input and electronic signature solutions, today announced that Jeffrey B. Sandler has been recruited and appointed as Vice President of Marketing and Enterprise Sales.
This addition to the management team enhances CIC's drive towards increasing market share in emerging, rapid growth market segments. Sandler will be responsible for accelerating sales efforts within key vertical markets and developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
Sandler brings to CIC over 20 years of strategic sales and marketing experience successfully selling complex application solutions to Fortune Enterprises across both vertical and horizontal markets. He was previously Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales for PenOp, Inc., a provider of electronic signature software.
His prior experience includes assignments as Executive Director of Sales for Digital Systems International, Vice President of Sales for Avant Garde Computing and Director of Sales for Keytronics Corp. These combined experiences have given him a strong background in developing both marketing and new product plans to maximize selling, differentiation and the development of new business opportunities.
