NCR Selects SystemSoft Power Management & BIOS for Pen Based Notepad Computer

September 30, 1991 — NCR Corp. Monday announced it has signed an agreement with SystemSoft Corporation to provide the Power Management and BIOS Software for NCR’s System 3125 pen based notepad computer.

The System 3125 Notepad uses the Intel386TM SL CPU and supports Windows for Pen Computing from Microsoft and PenPoint from GO Corporation, as well as NCR’s Pen OS, a pen aware version of DOS.

”SystemSoft’s products were selected by NCR for shipment on the Model 3125 Notepad based on the advanced features of their software and the quickness with which the company has responded to NCR’s requirements,” said Alok Mohan, Vice President of NCR’s Workstation Products Division. ”We look forward to continuing our close working relation-ship with SystemSoft on future projects.”
