CIC Announces Agreement with KPMG BayMark Capital LLC to Develop Worldwide Strategic Business Alliances

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. — January 17, 1996 — Communication Intelligence Corp. (CIC) (OTC Bulletin Board:CICI) announced today that it has engaged KPMG BayMark Capital LLC to assist in the establishment of a global strategic business alliance network for distribution, sales, licensing, joint development, low cost manufacturing, and financing.

The goal of building this alliance network is to achieve CIC's vision of establishing its pen computing products and technologies as industry standards worldwide.
