Communication Intelligence Corporation Announces a Marketing and Distribution Strategic Alliance With Gemini Industries, Inc.
REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. — January 3, 1996 — Communication Intelligence Corporation (CIC) and Gemini Industries, Inc. jointly announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance to market and distribute CIC's Handwriter pen-input peripheral products for personal computers, the Handwriter for Windows and the MacHandwriter, in retail distribution channels. This agreement applies to retail channels in North, Central and South America, on an exclusive basis. Product will begin shipping under this agreement in the first quarter of 1996. CIC will retain the right to market its Handwriter products to Corporate customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the Americas and to all sales channels in other overseas markets.
