GoAmerica Adds AT&T Wireless CDPD Service to Mobile Applications Suite
HACKENSACK, N.J. — June 17, 1997 — GoAmerica's mobile users can now access corporate Intranets and the Internet via AT&T's nationwide cellular data service.
GoAmerica Communications Corp., a nationwide wireless Internet and Intranet service provider, has signed a nationwide reselling agreement with AT&T Wireless Services to add AT&T's Cellular Digital Packet Data (CDPD) service to its suite of mobile applications. GoAmerica's customers can now wirelessly access corporate Intranets, the Internet and their e-mail using AT&T's nationwide CDPD data service.
GoAmerica's comprehensive suite of wireless services enables corporations to cost-effectively and easily outfit their mobile workers – from field personnel to account executives – with access to mission critical data via corporate Intranets and the Internet, while on the go.
