AUSTIN, Texas — February 15, 1996 — Metrowerks announced Thursday that the company has applied to the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) to list its stock for trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market(TM) and has made applicable regulatory filings with Securities and Exchange Commission, in Washington to become a reporting issuer in the United States.
