Metrowerks Shares Trade in NASDAQ National Market; Metrowerks Common Stock to Begin Trading July 5, 1996

AUSTIN, Texas — July 3, 1996 — Metrowerks(R), Inc. (TSE,ME:MWK), the leading provider of software development tools for Macintosh(R), today announced that the Company's common stock has been approved for inclusion in the NASDAQ National Market and will begin trading on Friday, July 5, 1996.
