The Venture Laboratory is one of 17 chapters worldwide and is the only joint chapter between MIT and Stanford. The Lab's goal is to advise growing Silicon Valley-based companies by providing services which educate and inform Bay Area business professionals.
The Lab's program provides a showcase for entrepreneurs to present their business plans for review by a panel of industry experts and leaders. The audience, which typically includes alumni of both MIT and Stanford, Silicon Valley executives and investors concerned with business development issues, is also encouraged to participate in the evening's proceedings by offering comment and posing questions to the speaker, moderator and panelists.
