Philips Electronics Converges on COMDEX to Demonstrate Digital Solutions for Consumers and Corporate Users
LAS VEGAS — November 15, 1996 — Philips Electronics will use COMDEX/Fall '96 to demonstrate a wide range of new digital products and enabling technologies developed to meet the needs of convergence-era consumers and companies.
Highlights will include the first-ever look at the company's new compatible Handheld PC, a 42" flat panel video/VGA screen, the latest in speech recognition, DVD for the PC and the TV, and new semiconductor chips sets.
