RadioMail Redefines Industry Standard with 24 Hour Customer Support

SAN MATEO, Calif. — March 9, 1995 — RadioMail's Customer Care Center now provides 24 hour a day, seven day a week support for customers, the first of its kind in the wireless messaging service marketplace.

"Since RadioMail customers are not tied to the confines of an office or standard business hours, they tend to conduct their correspondence whenever and wherever they please," said Rose Williams, VP of Customer Care at RadioMail Corp.

"Our extended hours of operation is the first stage of our commitment to customer care. We plan to introduce other programs for our customers to ensure their continued satisfaction with the expanding RadioMail offerings."

Customers can now call a toll-free number to access the Customer Care Center for assistance, anytime of the day or night, free of charge. The trained Customer Care Specialists have the experience and the advanced diagnostic tools necessary to resolve problems in real-time, whether they are related to a wireless carrier's radio network, a wireless modem, or a customer's account.

Information and subscriptions to RadioMail can be obtained by calling 800/597-6245.
