EO, Inc.—Alain Rossmann, President and Chief Executive Officer of EO, and the person responsible for bringing the EO 440 and 880 personal communicators to market, has decided to step down and pursue other interests.

Effective February 23, 1994, Rossmann was replaced as acting CEO by Bob O. Evans, managing partner at Technology Strategies and Alliances, a Menlo Park California-based high-tech consulting firm.

Rossmann will remain on the EO Board of Directors, and Evans will join the Board as vice chairman.

Palm Computing—Mark Johnson-Williams joined Palm as vice president of development on January 20, 1994.

Most recently, Johnson-Williams was Director of Engineering for Sega of America.
