State Of The Art—Accounting software developer, State Of The Art, announced on June 20, 1994 that James H. Clement, Jr. was elected to the company’s board of directors.

Clement has over 15 years experience in investment, most recently as a private investor and consultant.

WSI—Robert G. Bortfeld has assumed responsibilities for worldwide operations for Fremont, California-based WSI. Bortfeld previously served as vice president of operations at SunDisk Corp. in Santa Clara.
